Description: Oluf Essack Olesberg, Bawlf, Alberta, Canada, 4th January, 1921; 6 years. Filed 9th December, 1910. Receipt No. 321,606.

Claim.—1. A brush axe comprising a brush blade and a chopping blade, a, handle angularly disposed to the plane of the brush blade.

2. A brush and chopping axe, comprising a brush blade and a. chopping blade, and a handle 'angularly disposed to the plane of the brush blade, and arranged in alignment with the chopping blade.

3. A brush and chopping axe, comprising a brush blade, a chopping blade, a handle angularly disposed to the brush blade, the said brush blade having a curvilinear cutting edge.
