Description: WHAT I CLAIM AS MY INVENTION IS:

1. A nut lock comprising a plate-like washer having a locking member formed by providing a cut in the periphery of the plate and a second cut angularly-disposed to the first cut and twisting the portion of the plate between the said cut at right angle to the body of the plate so that one edge of the said portion will abut a nut of a bolt, and the end of the said portion will be driven into the face of the material being bolted.
2. The nut lock claimed in claim 1, in which a pair of projections are provided on the under face of the plate and designed to be forced into engagement with the material being bolted.
