Description:

Having thus described our invention, what we claim is;-
1.- A tool for the purpose specified comprising a pair of pivotally connected jaw members each provided with a handle portion, one of said jaws being provided with an end surface substantially circularly curved from a centre coincident with the centre of the pivot and with an inner surface located radially with respect to said pivot, the other of said jaws being provided with a sharp pointed hook projecting beyond the inner face of the jaw and having its inner surface formed simi1arly to the curved end surface of the first-mentioned jaw and at such a distance from the centre of the pivot that it will just clear the said curved end surface of the first-mentioned jaw, the inner surface of said second jaw being formed similarly to the inner surface of the first jaw, and adapted to contact therewith in the closed position of the jaws, and both of said inner jaw surfaces being recessed toward the pivot.
