Description: John Carlton Ayer, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, 3rd May, 1921; 6 years. Filed 15th May, 1920. Receipt No. 325,196.

Claim.—1. A series of forms for controlling issue and collection of tickets on railways, comprising a first copy formed with a series of separable coupons each ruled to provide columns to indicate the number of the ticket, the destination and location of the passenger, a second copy ruled to correspond with the first copy and provided with a similar number of separable coupons and a third copy in the form of a continuous strip undivided into coupons, but having ruling to correspond with the coupons on the first and second copy.

3. A combination with the device as claimed in claim 1 of a container adapted to contain the three copies of the form and being provided with silts in the top thereof, a pair of rollers in the cabinet, and means for rotating one of the rollers in one direction only.

4. The combination with the device as claimed in claim 1 of a form ruled with horizontal and vertical columns being provided with indicating spaces in the horizontal and vertical columns for the names of stations and having the spaces at the top ruled with horizontal lines to indicate the record of the passengers, the number of the car and the names of the conductor and brakeman.
