Claim.—A grain car door composed of an upper and a lower section, a place fastened to the inner side of the upper door section and overlapping the top of the lower door section to prevent leaking, an offset metal bar fastened to one side of the car door opening to form a groove to receive one side of the door, a plate fastened to the other side of the car door opening having a hinged lap closed on the door, buttons pivoted on the door sections to fasten the lap on the doors and a central piece fastened in the door opening to support the centre of the doors.
