Claim.—1. A device of the character described comprising a band adapted to encircle a hot water cylinder and the like having a plurality of outwardly extending projections each formed by integral loops in the band which are bent outwardly therefrom, and a hanging rail supported by the projections.

2. The device as claimed In Claim 1, in which rivets connect inner ends of the loops forming the projections, and in which the hanging rail extends through the projection.

3. The device as claimed in Claim 1, in which the upper side of the projections are notched to constitute hooks. Claims allowed, 3.
