Description: Allan Thurman Lemley and James R. Eckert, co-inventors, both of Nanton, Alberta, Canada, 9th August, 1921. Filed 11th December, 1920. Receipt No. 339,950.

Claim.—The combination with the deck of a grain binder having slots therein of a shaft having an arm secured thereto against which the band portion of the grain is adapted to be compressed and additional arms adjustably secured thereto and adapted to operate through said slots to support the head portion of the grain.
