Claim.—1. Means for utilizing the actuating of an automobile engine for the inflating of pneumatic tires, comprising in combination a power cylinder, a compression cylinder located at its upper extremity, a reciprocable member centrally disposed in said cylinder, means for the actuation of said reciprocable member for the expulsion of compressed air from the compression cylinder to the pneumatic tire and said power cylinder being closed for inlet or outlet of atmospheric air under the last said means.

2. Means for utilizing the actuation of an automobile engine for the inflating of pneumatic tires comprising in combination. a power cylinder, a compression cylinder located at its upper extremity, a reciprocable member centrally disposed in said cylinders, means for actuating said reciprocable member, lubricating members disposed in the wall of compression cylinder, means for transporting the compressed air for the compressing cylinder to the pneumatic tire, means for fixably mounting the combination to the cylinder head of an automobile engine and said power cylinder being closed for inlet or outlet of atmospheric air under the said means for actuating said reciprocable member.

4. Means for utilizing the actuation of an automobile engine for the inflating of pneumatic tires comprising in combination a power cylinder, a compression cylinder located at its upper extremity, a plunger rod centrally disposed in said cylinder, pistons fixably mounted on said plunger rod, washer members disposed at the junction of the cylinders, a washer member disposed between said washer members having a flanged member upwardly disposed, means for tensioning said flanged member against plunger rod, an intake port disposed in the upper portion of the said plunger rod, a check valve centrally disposed above said intake port, intake ports disposed in the compression cylinder, air outlet ports disposed in the power cylinder, a discharge check valve disposed at the extremity of the compression cylinder and adjustable means to release the compressed air from the compression cylinder, said power cylinder being closed for inlet or outlet of atmospheric air under the lower one of said pistons fixably mounted on said plunder rod.
