Gas Heater for Garages or Offices (Patent No: 298132)
Inventor: Lehman, Charles Lewis Location: Edmonton Comments: see above Description: I am aware that garage heaters have been made before, I therefore do not claim such a combination broadly.
What I do claim as my invention, and desire to secure by letters patent is-
"A gas heater constructed of two rectangular heating chambers, tubes affording communication between the said chambers and attached to the same, baffles in heating chambers for diverting the heat through the tubes, externally threaded rods for holding the tube and heating chambers in a fixed and rigid position, a gas burner in one of the said heating chambers, and an outlet in the other heating chamber for the escape of the burnt gasses, the said tuber and rods being provided with couplings for the purpose of extending the distance between the heating chambers, and to afford additional radiation, an opening in one of the heating chamber above the gas burner for lighting of the gas, each of the two said heating chamber being provided with a base, all substantially as shown and described.
