Description: Charles Hubert Marshall, Consort, Alberta, Canada, 29th April, 1930. Filed 16th October, 1929. Serial No. 356,458.

Claim.—1. In headlight of the type set forth, a steering post, a double housing mounted thereon, a steering gear mounted in said housing, a headlight steering gear also mounted therein, a shaft actuated by said gear, and connections between the said shaft and the headlight so as to turn the light synchronously with the front wheels of a car.

2. A headlight housing, a shaft mounted vertically therein, a bracket carried by said shaft, a headlight supported by said bracket, a housing mounted on the steering post, a shaft rotatably mounted between said steering post housing and said headlight housing and means to connect said headlights to said shaft so as to turn the same synchronously with the front wheel of a car.

3. In a headlight of the class described a steering post, a housing mounted thereon, a worm at the lower end of said steering post, a worm gear meshing therewith, a pinion meshing with said worm gear, a shaft carving said pinion, an arm connected to the other end of the shaft, a headlight housing adjustably mounted on brackets in front of a car and connecting means between the steering post and the headlight shaft to turn the headlight synchronously with the front wheel of a car.
