Claim.—2. The combination with a hay rake and a hay baling device of a rake cleaner consisting of a rotary forked roller mounted in a cape, a packer roller mounted in relation to the said cage, and means for receiving the packed hay from the packer and delivering it to the hay baling device.

3. The combination with a hay rake and a hay baling device, of a rake cleaner roller mounted in a cage with a packer roller suitably mounted in relation thereto, a conveyer in relation to the said rake clearer and means for conveying and elevating the hay from the rake to a suitable hay baler.

4. The combination with a hay rake and a hay baler, of a rake cleaner and packing device suitably mounted in relation to the rake, an endless conveyer mounted to receive the hay from the cleaner and packer, an elevator mounted in relation to the conveyer with packers suitably mounted in relation thereto and means for delivering the packed hay from the elevator to the hay baler, All substantially as described.
