Claim.—1. A device consisting of a circular casting with bearing attached thereto, a tool holder set in said bearings with adjustable cutting: tool set therein, means of revolving said tool holder by a shaft having a worm screw at one end engaging with worm teeth on journal of tool holder, while other end of shaft having a worm gear engaging with worm screw on main shaft.

2. A device consisting of a circular casting with bearings attached thereto, a tool holder set in said bearing with adjustable cutting tool set. therein, means of revolving said tool holder by a shaft having a worm screw at one end engaging with worm teeth on journal of tool holder, while other end of shaft having a worm gear engaging with worm screw on main shaft, the main shaft being journalled in supporting frame, to run loosely or attached, and a gear running loosely or attached to said main shaft and which engages with a gear on drive shaft.

3. A device consisting of a circular casting with bearings attached thereto, a tool holder set in said bearings with adjustable cutting tool set therein, means of revolving said tool holder by a shaft having a worm screw at one end engaging with worm teeth on journal of tool holder, while other end of shaft having a worm gear engaging with worm screw on main shaft, the main shaft being journalled in supporting frame, to run loosely or attached, and a pear running loosely or attached to said main shaft and which engaged with a gear on drive shaft, a shaft journalled in bearings attached to circular casting and having at either end thereof, right and left hand in worms which operate on a circular rack attached to cylinder and controlled in their movement by a lever arrangement, gears attached to said shaft, which engage with similar gears attached to a counter shaft, said counter shaft being journalled on main casting, a worm gear attached to counter shaft engaging with worm screw attached to the main shaft.
