Claim.—1. In an irrigation ditcher a wheel supported frame, a pair of standards, manually operable means for suspension of the standards in the frame vertically adjustable, a beam forwardly attachable in the frame, side boards on the beam. Means for engagement of the standards with the side hoards for rearward suspension thereof, and a point carried by the beam.

2. An irrigation ditcher of the character described comprising a. wheel supported frame, an elevating mechanism carried in the frame, standards suspended by said mechanism vertically adjustable thereby, a ditching element, means for rearward suspension of said element from the standards, a beam for the ditching element, and means forwardly connecting said beam and frame.

3. An irrigation ditching machine comprising a wheel supported frame including forwardly extending converging side bars. a pair of standards, manually operable vertically adjustable means in the frame for suspension of the standards, a beam engageable between the frame side bars, a pair of side boards carried by the beam, brackets on the side boards, feet on the standards detachably engageable with said brackets, a point for the beam. and a hitch for the beam. Said hitch being vertically adjustable to vary the draft connection with the beam.

4. An irrigation ditching machine including a wheel supported frame, standards carried in the frame, a beam forwardly attachable in the frame, side boards forwardly mounted on the beam, means for rearward suspension of the side boards from the standards, a point carried by the beam and tail boards carried by the side boards.
