A dirt moving, hauling and grading unit for attachment to a tractor, comprising a supporting frame member consisting of spaced parallel mounting bars adapted to be attached to the frame member of a tractor near the front end thereof, and extend to a point beyond the end of the rear frame member of the tractor, and being supported upon the bolster on the rear axle of the tractor, a cross brace joining the two parallel mounting bars, and a further cross bar supported by suitable framing above the parallel mounting bars of the supporting frame, brackets on the underside of the parallel mounting bars behind, but in close proximity to the rear axle into which brackets a bucket carrying frame is pivoted, a bucket carrying frame consisting of a U shaped section into which U shaped section a bucket is pivoted, rigid arms attached to the said U shaped section which said arms are pivoted into the brackets on the underside of the supporting frame members, a bucket pivoted into the U shaped carrying frame, means for controlling the position of and tilting the bucket within the carrying frame and means between the bucket carrying frame and the mounting frame for raising and lowering the position of the bucket carrying frame in relation to the mounting frame.
