1. An instant gravy mix comprising about 8 - 14% seasonings, about 40- 800/0 instantised flour, about 0-70% milk powder and up to 15% salt.
2. An instant gravy mix comprising about 11% seasoning, about 75% instantised flour and about 14% fine salt.
3. An instant gravy as claimed in claims 1 and 2 wherein said seasoning comprises:

27.05 Salt Fine
30.64 Monosodium Glutamate
27.04 Dextrose
7.20 Onion Powder
1.35 Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
0.22 50-A Turmeric
3.90 60 Mesh Black Pepper

1.00 Alaman Paprika
0.50 H5-4 Poultry Spice.
4. An instant gravy mix comprising:
Spices and colouring 2%
Fine Salt 14%
Monosodium glutamate 4.5%
Dextrose 4.5%
Instant Wheat Flour 75%
