Claim.—1. A serving tray comprising a lower tray member with handle pivoted to the sides thereof and provided with means for holding the same securely in the vertical position, a grid member hinged upon and adjacent to the said tray member provided with orifices therethrough for the reception of bottles or similar articles.

2. A serving tray, as claimed in claim 1, the said grid member provided with means for securing the same in position relative to the lower tray.

3. A serving tray as embodied in the previous claims 1 and 2 with a grid member demountably held in relation to the said pivoted grid member.
