Volunteer Cold Lake is a community initiative designed to increase and enhance volunteerism. The program is funded by the Alberta Wild Rose Foundation under the Voluntary Sector Advancement Program; additional support from the City of Cold Lake FCSS and other community organizations enabled the office to open on 1 January 2004, staffed by a Coordinator. Our vision is "Community Strength Through Investment in Volunteerism".
